Pharmacies and pharmacists play an important role in the UK's National Health Service (NHS). UK pharmacies offer more services than pharmacies in Hong Kong, including the treatment of minor health problems and vaccination. This lecture will answer your questions about the services provided by pharmacies and the process of dispensing prescriptions. A registered pharmacist will also be available to answer your questions during the Q&A session. The lecture will cover the following topics:

• Services provided by pharmacies
• The prescription dispensing process
• Common over-the-counter medications
• The treatment of minor health problems
